February 2025 -- National Labor Relations Board: The Trump Board, Project 2025 and What to Expect

Elections have consequences.  What will be the impact of the incoming Administration on the National Labor Relations Board and initiatives of the outgoing General Counsel, as the Board eventually transitions to a Republican majority? How will Project 2025 impact organized labor?  The past four years have seen new election rules and procedures, decisions regarding settlement agreements, non-compete agreements, confidentiality, work rules in union and non-union settlements. How and what will change? What is the impact of the Third Circuit’s Starbucks Decision just before the holidays rejecting expanded remedies granted by the NLRB in Thryve.  While the NLRB only handles private sector labor sections, the NJ PERC and other public entities often look to NLRB precedent.  Don’t miss this program!
